One thing I noticed......

While looking at the pics that I took of the heads compaired to the ones off ebay. I noticed that the ones on ebay don't have the Blue Line going through the Springs. I wish I could read the Casting number on the pics.. Anyone have software that could?

well there ya go man. who cares about the 30 bucks, its owrth it for piece of mind isnt it?

I lost $1100 in a dispute over a purchase from someone on this very forum. $30 is worth the lesson learned. Talk to Texas-speed directly. They are awesome, helpful, and stand by their products - which will be a tremendous asset in situations like this. I also have used Patriot racing, who are also good to deal with. Ebay = for me.

i only use ebay on some small things....brackets, wheels, stuff like that...engine stuff definately a no no, not worth taking the chance on a $5000 engine to save $500

I'm the same way, i'll typically only buy expensive items locally where I can go look at them before handing the cash over...
