Are these heads worth swapping

A pair of Z06/ls6 heads or a set of patriot performance heads? Which ones would I benefit from the most and what kind of gains??

on what kind of car??

sure as hell won't work on a 305TPI

on an LS1 you would see maybe 15hp with the stock ls6 heads, and maybe a bit more with the patriot heads...depending on how much they were ported

On an A4, 99 ls1 with catback, and lid. What about the heads with 1.8 rr?

like i said, on stock cam the heads will give minimal gains...just not enough demand for flow.

1.8 rockers would help out, those alone should be worth 10-15hp or so.

if you were getting the heads REALLY cheap or free...than it may be worth it. but to buy them for a stock cam car...not really. also realize that you'll need new head bolts and gaskets...so it adds to the cost.

with an A4 you are better off spending $$ on something like a converter.
