The speed i was traveling was around 65-85 with no traffic... I do hava a body kit. xenon just put on about 1 month ago.. When i travel local the temp gauge stays around 200-210... The trip i took was about 50 miles long, on the way there the temp was high and on the way back it was the same, i did notice when i turned the a/c it got hotter.. but never to the point were it was hitting red, but close....

I'll bet that's it; 2+2 and the other facts known, it's has to be either a missing air dam, air foil panel in front of the radiator or some front spoiler radically redirecting the air flow. Please let us know what you find....

it is still there but its connected to the orginal bumper. the xenon bumper has nothing connected to it. its about a 4in differnce between the orginal bumper and the xenon front dam

I'd like to see the car with the body kit. If you can post it up it might make sense of what is happening with the air flow. Also, from your post above, I'm wondering if the reading you are seeing is accurate. With temps at 250 degrees, I would think you would begin to feel the heat just being in the vacinity of the engine compartment.

just go to the link below and you can see the car.. and the day this happend it was really hot arounf the engine.. i opened the hood let it cool in the garage.. when i came back about an hour later it was hotter in the garage that outside.. the temp outside was 96 ..

I'd say (once you get up to speed) you've probably lost at least 20% of the airflow to the radiator you would have normally had without that body kit. Even still, there has to be something else contributing. I have an SSRA that sits right in front of my radiator shroud and I don't see ECT's above 225* on a 96* day. I'd get under there and see how it looks...see if you can see any obstructions or loose pieces that might get in the way of airflow.
Also, according to EFILive, above 65mph both fans will shut off "unless above engine coolant temperature turn on thresholds." This means that if your above 65mph, fan one and two will shut off if your ECT is less than 226* (fan one's turn-on temp). Fan two's turn-on temp is 233*. So, even if you're going 80mph, the fans should turn on if your ECT's get that high. That's why it's odd that it only was doing it on the highway...unless the turbulance stream coming off of the new bumper is redirecting more than 50% of the normal airflow you would have seen.

this time i went about 100 miles traveling around 65-75 miles per hour but there was some traffic and had the a/c off... but i did notice on the temp gauge it did go up a bit to about 215-220... if it is the new xenon bumper what can i do about it and had anyone else had that problem with the xenon bumper..

If you don't mind some rambling thoughts, I would think about extending the air dam down a little. Even 1/2" might make all the difference. I also would contact the kit manufacturer or at least the people who installed the kit. They might have a solution because if you are having the problem, you can figure someone else is too.
