Question Suspension/chassis/mod advice

I have a 1999 z28. Currently it's my daily driver. Eventually I will use it for 1. my summer driving vehicle, 2. for 1/4 mile street drag strip racing, and 3. for seekonk speedway spectator drags.

Spectator drags: This is a competition held 2-4 times a year where 30-100 registered street cars only show up and race around a 1/3 mile oval track. It's a one on one, process of elimination one lap race. You go around the track once and if you lose you go home, if you win you get back in line, until theres one guy left. Winners are typically all wheel drive eclipses or 3000gt twin turbos (darn it), but camaros have won numerous times also. Tires must be street legal. (I think you get the idea now)

Now to my point. I have installed subframe connectors so far. I want to add sway bars, panhard rod, trailing arms. I'm thinking about shocks, struts, springs in the future, but not now since I want my body kit to be somewhat clear from bottoming out. Eventually I want 18 inch by 9.5 inch wide rims on all 4's.

1. What size sway bars front and back should I get for the oval track, drag strip, and street?

2. What is the best combination of sway bar size and type of tower brace for my racing and street applications?

3. Should I lower my car or get springs that are same height and just stiffer? ( I won't lower my car more than one inch )

4. If I do lower my car, will I need to get arm brackets and a panhard rod to adjust the way the car sits?

5. What catback exhaust system doesnt sound too harsh and raspy when you have performance headers and ypipe installed?

Remember I want something that will work decent for the spectator drags, the 1/4 mile, and for a summer driving car. I appreciate everyones input. I've learned so much about my car in the past year thanks to you guys.
