I love my loudmouth and especially after i installed the y pipe too....Its LOUD and it sounds really mean. All i ever get is compliments. When you get higher in the RPM's it really screams which i like.

Free Mods
CAGS eliminator (M6)
Lid ( I like mine from LS1 motorsports)

http://www.ls1.com/index_ls1_mods.html

If you have the tools and the time, you can do all that for less than 100 bucks (used lid) and pick up an easy 15 hp at the wheels.

Loudmouth = noise. A cool one, but if it is an A4 car... know the LM drones at 2100 RPM BAD.

Mine is pretty much stock. Just a flowmaster instead of the stock muffler & a k&n. I'm going to start w/a TSP lid (if I don't make my own induction, or find another lid really cheap), a cut out, subframe connectors, and probably some adjustable LCA's or something to try to hook up better.

What mods...

GMMG catback exhaust and SLP Y pipe are the best mods I did to my 02 Z, nothing but compliments since!

No a used TCI 3500+ convertor would be the best $350 you could spend. Nothing will net you as much gains for $350 besides nitrous.
