Should i mod my high mile SS?

Hey all, i am haveing a hard time to come to terms if modding my car is worth it. Its a 98 SS with just turned 75k on it. I would love to get my car up to 400hp but i dont think it is all that safe with my mileage. I know that adding a cam etc will add more wear and reduce reliability.

The only mods i can think of doing without really tearing into my motor are:
Headers,
catback
tyburn vortex
ls6 intake
sfc's
roller rockers

all those might bring me to 380 at the fly..and prob 340 to the wheels at best. Is there anything else i might want to look into?

Mod away 75k is nothing if it was taken care of properly

Best thing to do if you're wanting to cam it is upgrade your valvetrain... i.e. install heads too. As long as you've kept up with your oil changes, your car should be in fine condition to mod.
