which short throw shifter

i need to find out what the best short throw shifter there is right now i think its the pro 5.0 or the hurst

i have heard the ripper(hurst) is the best one. I don't know for sure though, i just have the factory hurst. It works better than a lot of shifters ive used but i know the ripper is much better.

IMO, keep your stock shifter and go with lou's short stick...

i have the b&m ripper and i love it. dont know how i ever drove around with the stock one. i think the 2 best shifters are the b&m ripper and the pro 5.0. i wouldn't go with the hurst.

Yeah from my experiences on this forum i hear the Pro 5.0 is the favored one. I have felt both the 5.0 and hurst, they both feel a lot better then the stock one.

I have driven a car with the hurst... not that great. I have heard great things about the pro 5.0 from a bunch of people who love it. I have yet to swap out my stock one becasue I think 170 bucks is a lot of $$ for a shifter... (Although if it keeps you from pulling the dreaded 3-2 then it is worth it)

I love my hurst... put the short stick on it and i think the throws are great.

JUST PUT IN MY BM RIPPER SHIFTER. BOUGHT IT FROM A PERSON ON THIS BOARD AND IT IS GREAT. LIKE SAID ABOVE I CAN'T EVEN IMAGINE DRIVING WITH THE STOCK ONE AGAIN. BandM RIPPER SHIFTER =
