Replaced EVERYTHING on the front of the engine... still squeals...
2 things that you didn't mention.
Air conditioner compressor clutch. Have you tried starting it with that belt off?
You said that it does it only when cold? I wonder if it could be the A.I.R. pump? It's run by an electric motor and only runs for a little while after cold startup.
Just some ideas

I dont feel its your pulleys at all. Its what the pulley is connected to. I would be willing to bet that you have a bad bearing in one of your accesories. Try this...
Get a can of Belt dressing (Note! I dont reccomend belt dressing as a fix , but as a test to hunt down the problem)
spray sparingly on all of your grooves in your pulleys and then go crank the car. If the squeal comes about then its not the belt.
I also agree with guy above stating you should stethescope it.
You can pick up a stethescope at Autozone and it will really pin point the problem.

When you say you replaced the belt with a gatorback I hope you mean belts, cause there's 2 there that should be replaced,a long serpantine & a short one also.If you did both then I don't know what else to tell you but if you only did one try the other one too.
