removing grill

Hey guys i was on www.cardomain.com and all of them guys on there was removing there grill just taking it off. It gives it alot better look close u got 2 big holes on each end of it. But the only thing i didn't like was u still had like holes or brackets where it holds on the stock grill. I seen some ppl puttin up lisence plates covering it up. I think it would look real good if u could cover them bracket looking things. But i dont know wat with? It looks like a ram air system or something when they take the grill off. Just let me know something, thanks alot

Re: removing grill

Most people get billet grilles for that purpose

They look really good, I wish i had one as a matter of fact. Stull is one of the better brands.

Others use mesh, sort of cheap looking IMO, but you look like what you pay for.

Re: removing grill

The other option is to have a body shop fill in the holes with some epoxy and paint the bumper. If you have connections, you might be able to get it done for the cost of a new grille.
