rearends?
Sorry dude, but AFAIK, there's no difference between LT1 & LS1 rearends...............................therefore, they're still crap (for anything other than stock use
).
Since I don't have too much experience with the new cars (yet), I'm not sure exactly what's susceptible to failing (the gears, the actual gear housing??) but I'm assuming that aftermarket gears are going to be a little bit stronger, but I think the main problem is that they're just too small physically for the amount of power that LT1's and LS1's throw at them....................therefore, I think that complete 12-bolt or comparible housings need to be installed if you really want to throw some power at the rear end and expect it to last.
