Question for someone with a MAFT

Ok.. I bought a MAFT off a guy and it is supposed to be a regular MAFT, but on the inside right next to the switches it says "Translator Plus" on the circuit board. Does this mean it is actually a MAFT+?? The decal has been removed off the lid so I cant look there and the only paper work that came with it was a print out from the web so that doesnt help either. Was wondering if someone who has a MAFT could look at theirs and tell if theirs says the same thing.

BTW.. it says on the inside of the lid "MAF Translator Version 4.0", so no mention of it being a MAFT+ there either.

If anyone can help I would really appreciate it.

I believe mine says the same thing. Only difference between it and the Plus (available for other platforms apparently) is that the real Plus version has pots to adjust timing as well. I think they share the same circuit board with that exception.

the ls1/lt1 maft works on both cars.. the maft+ has spark control, this is for the lt1. however you can use it on the ls1 you just dont get to use the spark control. there is a different unit for spark control on the ls1 that we sell.
