Question about RPM

When driving in the city what do you usually keep the car at? I just keep mine at 1500?? Unless I want to make some noise. Does anyone stay higher all the time??

I keep mine at 1400-1500 minimum , 6th at 60mph.

yea i usually cruise around 1500...unless, like u said, i wanna make some noise

on the freeway if i cant have 6th atleast at 1500 then ill keep it in 5th at 2000.
