They're the same. Made by the same company with the same materials and same specs. Get which ever you get the better deal on.

I've got the golds because I could get them for less $ than PRC.

Same here...I got mine w/ free shipping and 10% off from a non-sponsor. You just have to look around and you can find a good deal.
