You know, there are some people who are just crazy enough to try that!
There is a relatively local street racer (won't use his name) that used somewhere in the neighborhood of 350hp worth of nitrous in two stages.
The car didn't last long, but it did go 10's with a stock motor. Street racers will do anything for an edge, and I'd say if he sandbagged people enough, he probably bought himself a fully built engine from his winnings.
