Performance Mods List

Alright guys... I'm an eager 18 year old who's anxious to make his SS into one mean mother fcker. Although I am a newbie regarding cars and what not, I will be learning a lot in a relatively short amount of time. That being said, I need to be enlightened to which, and what performance mods are needed in order to maintain the HIGHEST performance possible? If you, any of you, could please list mods needed to achieve what I just asked for, I would highlyyyyyyyyyy appreciate it. Include anything from the smallest lug nut to the most powerful blower. I will look and learn about everything!!!!!!!!!!!!

PLEASE! THX

What kind of budget we talking here? I'm thinking iron block 409 w/ a 88mm turbo.
