Patriot Stage II LS1 Heads
Patriot Stage II LS1 Heads
Hey everyone,
I'm still a little new to the LS1 and I have been looking around at engine parts. I stumbled upon these guys:
http://store.summitracing.com/partd...15&autoview=sku
Are these things any good? The price looks right. Would this be a good option for a heads and cam setup? What would be a good cam to run on these heads (street car setup)?
Thanks for the help all!

Re: Patriot Stage II LS1 Heads
link doesn't take me to anything.
there were some issues with Patriot heads a while back. word is they've been resolved. a search would reveal more..as i'm not up on what the issues were.
all the vendors offer a good selection of h/c setups.
what kind of power are you looking to make? set a goal and work from there. and is this a daily driver or weekend warrior?
for a good street car i'd suggest something like the Futral F13 or F14 cam, with a set of Dart 205 heads. along with the associated bolt ons and a good tune you should be 430-440rwhp if not more
