I see where the plug goes into the side of the intake, but nothing else. Perhaps it is inside...just wondering.

That plug is probably the IAT sensor (intake air temperature).

It could be like the trucks and have the MAF very near the airbox??

could be any number of things. Speed density, different location... the car isn't in production yet so none of this means much.

I'd love to see 'em. That new Z06 is going to be one awesome car. GM is really gettin with it these days. Now all they need to do is bring one of the f-bodies back.

No I meant that pics of a Corvette don't belong in the ENGINE TECH forum. Now pics of the engine will be fine.
