Yup. Those pics are going to be popping up in quite a few threads in a quite a few messageboards in the next few weeks...

Today I've seen threads already in The Lounge and in 5th Gen And Future Vehicle sections on this board.

In any case... Nice car. Wish I could afford one in a few years...

I think I just had a wet dream.

.....maybe these pics have been around for awhile, but it's the first time I've seen them.

7.0L 'LS7'

I'm probably too late to ask for this for Christmas!

Yea theres nothing about the new z06 that I dislike, beautiful wheels, nice interior, and that engine bay ...Already hearing rumors that LS7 is underated at 500 hp and actually 512 hp...no surprise from GM.

Don't get too far ahead of yourselves gents, you'll start to sound like those wackos over on the forum these pics were posted on. LOL besides, dodge is probably already working on the "new" viper, say 550/575.

Nice, it would actually be cool if they made a fixed roof this time...last few years only a vert being available was lame imo.

Re: Official LS7/ Z06 Pics

One day I hope to be able to afford a sports car that GM makes when it is new. I had to wait 10 damn years to get the car I've got now, lol.

EDIT: Oops, I forgot to comment on that bad *** Z06. Well, hopefully I'll be able to keep up with one when all is said and done with my plans. Too bad everyone will be drooling over it and laughing at my "mulletmobile"

Re: Official LS7/ Z06 Pics

I'm more concerned with the engine than the car itself. 7L making a mere 500hp at the crank (425 rwhp)seems depressing. Should be a quick vette and run with the best of the best, but it has so much more potential: i.e. #1

By the way, antz, if you look closely enough, you can see that it appears to be a targa-top model. Very cool indeed.

Re: Official LS7/ Z06 Pics

Good catch! It should be at the other end of the bellows going into the throttle body! (unless it's on the inlet side of that elbow?! ).....or it's not a production model and forgot to put it in!? (or they've developed a new system without a MAF?? ).
