O2 Sims

My ecu keeps throwing codes for my O2 sims but it clears itself out and then it comes back. Its throwing codes P0138 and P0158 which is for the rear o2's and it says the the voltage is too high for current conditions. I have LT's and off road y with no cats. Is anyone else haveing this problem or are my Sims junk already?

Simms can be flaky, it not a real problem. Mine would set a code occasionally.
