How can I tell if I need flat or square connector for O2 sims?
I have a 96 Trans am, M6.
I'm looking at getting a pair of O2 sims for when my headers arrive and now I find out theres 2 types...both the same from what I can see other than the connector...which ones do I need?
Wheres a good spot to get O2 extenders? I think I need those too.
Thanks,
lbrowne

The flat connectors are for the pre-cat O2's and the square are for the post-cat. You can not use the simulators on the pre-cat O2's(flat connector) cause the computer wont have anything to adjust the fuel mixture with. I guess this is the answer you are looking for, or maybe I am retarded
so what you're saying is, if they observed me, observing them observing me, then naturally they wouldn't act naturally, naturally.
O2 extenders for pre cat, O2 sims for post cat which would be the square connectors.
any word on where to shop for O2 sensor extenders?
thanks guys,
lbrowne
