Z06 Maf

Is there a difference between an LS1/LS6 MAF and a Z06 from the same years 99-02. My buddy has a 3000GT that they do a MAF swap on to a Z06 MAF but wasn't sure if there is a difference between the two.

Re: Z06 Maf

Yup...it's bigger in diameter 85mm vs 75mm....and the Z06 might be descreened from the factory (not 100% sure though).

Re: Z06 Maf

a "Z06" MAF would be an LS6 MAF since the LS6 is the engine of the Z06....

Look at this logically.

ZO6 MAF is larger than an LS1 MAF. That was covered.
Which engine comes in the Z06 (C5 since this MAF came in the C5 ZO6)?

That would be the LS6.
