o2 sensor reading low voltage?

The computer sent code saying the o2 sensor was reading low voltage. Do I need to replace the o2 sensor? If so what is involved to repair?

There are four 02 sensors - if you have the actual code you can look up the description/diagnostics for your year at gearchatter.com
