O2 sensor question

I have LT headers and have yet to put extensions on the front O2 sensors. So I obviously have the SES light on, but my question is could I be losing any performance by not having them connected by the computer thinking that something is wrong?

The front o2's are the important ones.. they measure your af ration.. the computer will protect your engine with those out.

The rear ones on the other hand are for emmissions reasons.
not a big deal if they are unhooked

With the computer protecting my engine will it hurt performance?

I'm confused ... do have the fornt O2s hooked up without extensions or not hooked up at all ... if you're able to hook you front O2s without extensions ... then fine more power to you, no need to get them if you don't need them.

But if you do not have the front O2s hooked up at all. THen you have problems.

Without the front O2s there is no performance ... the car will essentially be in limp home mode ...

they are not hooked up at all. I guess I need to buy some extensions. I can't beleive I ran a 12.9 in limp home mode(before 4.10's and Pro 5.0), I wonder what it would have run?

That is pretty good ... but then I ran a 12.5 on seven cylinders on a bolt on car
