My car will not start, there is no spark

I installed a ported throttle body and forgot to unhook the battery. It was unhooked for about 2 hours while I ported it. I reinstalled the throttle body and hooked all the connections back up and went to start it and nothing . I rechecked the throttle body blade to make sure it operated smoothly and it did. All the connections are hooked up and I have fuel pressure and fuel at the injectors. There is no spark. I scanned it and there are no codes. After I scanned it I cleared the pcm by removing the PCM IGN and PCM BAT. I checked the fuses and the second fuse box in the engine compartment is not getting power to some of the small fuses. I know that the PCM IGN has power, and the 10A fuse does too. None of the other small ones have power. There is an ENG CTRL that does not have power and I dont know why. It has power to the fuse box, the fusable links are all good, the connections are clean. I dont know if this no starting business is coincidental or if its because I didnt unplug the battery before. The motor just turns over with no spark. I cleaned all the grounds and still nothing. Any help would be greatly appreciated. If someone could check and see if the ENG CTRL has power while power is swithched on. Is it possibly Crank Position Sensor, or Ignition relay? Thanks

You didnt happen to have accidentally caused a short when yu were disconnecting the battery were you?

Check the Ignition relay under the hood. The diagram on the fuse/relay boxes tells you which one it is...

Swap that rhe Ignition relay & the Fan #2 relay and it should crank right up...

I found a wiring diagram and thats what happened. The ignition relay gives the eng cntrl fuse power and then thats where the spark comes from. Put a new ignition relay and fired right up.
