Midwest TC 3000 Stall Track results
I took my 01 Z28 to the track yesterday. This was the first chance I had to go since I had the Midwest (3000 stall 2.5 STR) Torque Converter and B&M shift kit installed. I also had TM removed.
My 1/4-mile times dropped 0.434 seconds. Here are my before and after results:
Before:
60 ft: 2.05 sec
1/8 mile: 8.497 sec - 81.22 mph
1/4 Mile: 13.307 sec - 105.82 mph
After:
60 ft: 1.82 sec
1/8 mile: 8.18 sec - 83.63 mph
1/4 Mile: 12.87 sec - 105.36 mph
I finally broke into the twelve’s. Yea Ha!

Hi Al,
Yes it was at Martin. The track has definitely improved since I saw you there in 2000. I believe that was about 6 weeks after you bought your Formula.
About 2 years ago I sold my 95 Z28 and bought this one new. My LS1 stock, was almost as fast as my LT1 with everything I had done. I like this car much better.
I'll catch you later,
Al Kraft
