Question Mcleod street twin owners come inside

Hi, i just got my street twin put on the other day and i have a couple of questions. First of all when starting from a dead stop, when i let out the clutch and give it gas it makes the whole car shake as if its about to stall. When i give it more gas it helps take the shake out of the start. I was wondering if this will go away or if everytime i am driving in traffic i have to start from a stop like i am trying to launch the car at the dragstrip? Also, i noticed i only have to put the clutch halfway in to shift gears. I was wondering if this is hard on the clutch for daily driving? Should i put the clutch to floor everytime to shift even though i dont have to?
Thanks

I have heard that these clutches chatter when they are new, but most of this should disappear as the facings wear. I would suggest driving the car gently for the first several hundred miles. And you only need to depress the clutch as far as necessary to change gears smoothly.

I hope you have a bullet proof drivetrain for thatclutch. Rear end, torque arm, tranny. That clutch grabs hard and will break **** if u race on slicks or get too agressive with it.
