Question Matt Murphy package SS!?!?

I was at Bill Heard Chevrolet in Kennesaw on Sunday and noticed a #6 of 10 35th Aniv. SS for $41K. I asked the salesman why is it so high? He said it was a limited Matt Murphy eddition SS! It had a 350hp decal on the hood, it had been lowered with Eibach springs, carbon fiber lid, GMMG exhaust and an A4 tranny! Now, I know Who Matt Murphy is, but is the car for real? Has anyone ever heard of a car like this or is it a Bill Heard original?

The salesman said they car was shipped to them like that! I've heard that BH is bad about throwing some after market goodies on a car and calling it a LE car!

The car is not a MM edition car it is the 35th LE Performance Edition by GMMG (Owned by MM) . The price is high for only the 350HP version. They are going for $40k from several dealerships and they are the 380HP version

All Bill Heard Dealerships are crap, when I went shopping for my camaro, they lied to me about make of car and was trying to make me pay like $600 a month for 5 years on a $26,000 dollar car. That was suppost to be a 2001. Which was qualified for the 0% interest and then tried to give me only $3000 for my low milage 1998 Ranger with many accessories. He may of been right on my truck but why lie to a customer on a car especially when we were buying 2 and not 1. So they lost my business forever. And their dealers do not know there cars from a hole in the ground.

Bill Heard is terriable, they were going to give me $3000 for my 96 Z which was in good shape, they wouldn't come down at all on a 01 z with 10k miles on it, for $25k, went to our local dealer and ordered a neww 02 for $26000, and got $7500 for my 96. Bill Heard also lost my business for life.

Wow.. I knew BH was all over but I figured that the one here in Huntsville was just a really chitty dealership because of local management. I guess that must be a BH standard or something to totally try to screw the customer. My friend bought a 2000 Camaro 3.8 from there and her dad got a GM discount. (this was when 2000 was new) With all that they were somehow coming up with payments of like 700 bucks?.. wtf? Her dad told them to go to hell and they later got the car for like 400 a month or something. Which was about right it had all the options down to the Y87 package.
