ok all this may be a funny question but. I have a 1998 camaro z28. I have been told that a ported and polished MAF out of a 1997 z28 will give me some power. Is this true? Would it be wise to use a MAF out of a 1997 z28?

To tell you the truth I dont really know but I ported my own and It helped a lot especially with the top end. Its real easy all you do is pop out the screen and use a hack saw w/ a removeable blade and saw out the middle pieces that makes the MAF two halfs. There is a "how to" on ls1.com's mod section. if I dont make sense.
