MAF can water damage it?
On my 01 Z, I re-routed my air induction to the fog light on the drivers side. I was driving in some pretty heavy rain and the car would miss every now and then, i got worse so i pulled over and checked on everything and i pulled the MAF off and it had some water inside. I cleaned it out and after doing some other checks I cranked her back up (it had stopped raining) it did it a few times but stopped? Was the water in the MAF causing it?
Thanks
Neal

anything that gets past the screens on your MAF is bad. that is prolly the case with u. that or just the fact that u were sucking water into the engine, not just the MAF. u may want to avoid big water puddles and heavy rain with that setup u have.
