Mac Headers with offroad Y-pipe

Well I should be getting my set of macs with the offroad y pipe in the next week or so and would like to know some info. Does anyone have any track number of before and after the install? Also how hard was it to install and do you know where I can find a write up on it?

Re: Mac Headers with offroad Y-pipe

here is a post about the headers, for what you get they seem pretty good.
http://ls1tech.com/forums/showthread.php?t=245931 I know I saw a write up about them maybe from that university install page? It had pictures as well, wish I could remember. If you take off the passenger side coils and valve cover, than you should be able to slide the header in from the top, the driver side should slide in easier, thats what I really like, although some people have had same problems as installing longtubes.
