LT's or shocks and springs????

I thought about lowering my car (shocks and springs) or going with long tubes. Which should I go with. For everyday driving. Thanks for info

either way you're losing ground clearance

I'd personally go for longtubes and then a set of shocks on the stock springs, but I'm not a fan of lowered cars (and I also live in a place with many hills and crappy roads.)

It's your call, really. Decide for yourself.

Slightly better control, yes. Hook better, I doubt it.

Besides, shocks and other upgraded suspension/chassis components should be more than enough. You don't need lowering springs to make an excellent-handling car.

well i can tell you that i have stock 16" tires and my wheel wells look empty as ****. its like a truck thats had a 6" suspension lift and still riding on stock 22 or 25".. it doesnt look to grand.. and 1.2" in the front and 1.4" in the rear will fix alot of that..

and from what iv read a stiffer spring that lowers the cars center of gravity WILL help the car hook better off a launch.

Drop it and get the ride height you want that will limit you on header choices later, ground clearance will be a problem, I have none !!!, but it looks good .
