lt1 maf on a ls1?

will it work? i was wondering if it was a direct bolt on.

well I have a 01 TA MAF on my 97 LT1! works fine.
If you go to advanced to buy the MAF, they are the same part numbers

You would actually trust Advanced auto

Check with your GM parts guy they aren't the same.

A/F is the same.

Luck sometimes comes into play. I'm running a ported MAF on the wife's 98 SS and it runs great. My 2000 didn't like it at all.
It's all about the calibration.
