LS6 intake, do I need other mods aswell?

LS6 intake, do I need other mods aswell?
Basically my car is stock, If I get the LS6 intake manifold will I see improvement or will it hurt performance without other mods?
I would probably do the exhuast a couple of months later.

I hope you arent referring to the car in your signature, it wont fit! If you have a 98-00 LS1 car, you will need the coolant tubes that go with it. You won't notice a ton of gain from it on a stock car, but as you start adding mods the benefit from the LS6 intake will grow.
