The whole idea behind running an LS3 head (and their only redeeming value) on anything but an LS3 is the budget performance aspect. Once you have to pay nearly $3500 for a set of heads (price of heads, rocker, and dedicated intake) they aren't budget by any means and they had better perform along the lines of an AFR 210 or TFS 215. THEY DON'T. There's a lot of work in those heads for a substantial cost only to put you in the wrong direction - therefore it's a hack job. ALL the record setting stock bore engines run a cathedral port for a reason
I do not care about the cost. That's not what I'm taking about.

Ls3 small bore head
Flow Data w/3.900" Bore Plate
Lift Intake Exhaust
0.100 76 57
0.200 147 110
0.300 218 172
0.400 274 214
0.500 318 234
0.550 333 242
0.600 342 248
0.650 349 252
0.700 353 257

AFR 230cc runner for small bore...the 210s for a 4" bore is flowing just over 300cfm@.600

Then what are you talking about? If you're comparing ONLY flow numbers, I'll make this my last reply to you as you obviously don't have either a clue or any firsthand experience. Flow numbers don't always translate into power. There is a lot more going on than just what the flowbench reports. I'll say it one last time in case you missed it... the cathedral port offerings are superior both in power and track times for the stock bore LS1, REGARDLESS of flowbench data.

Edit: A flowbench is like a dyno, it only shows part of the equation. I make 40rwhp and 160rwtq LESS than you at a similar weight, yet I've gone faster and quicker. It's what you don't see behind the dyno numbers that makes the difference.

And the dyno says that I make less HP and torque than Mark and run the numbers in my sig. + a smidge (haven't updated it lately) with as cast Dart heads. It's way more about combination and application of parts than raw test numbers.
