LS6 intake swap?

Im putting a LS6 intake on my 98 Z28. Where can I get the parts to do what ever I need to. For the coolant lines? Or is there any other way around this?

Stick with the LS6 at your power level.. there are alot more mods that would make more power for much less money. There have also been several issues of difficulty with the LSX that you might not be prepared for. FWIW: The dealer sells the coolant lines. They aren't very expensive.

Good Luck,
Josh

this is also true, but if you do some more upgrades I would choose the lsx. but like josh said there are a few difficulties. I would do some research and check out which would be the best. good luck!

Re: LS1 swap

I bought the car wrecked. I fixed it. Ive put headers on it, ngks, lid, free mods and a 125 shot. Put my et streets and skinnies on it. It wet 7.6 at 93 mph in the 1/8 on a 1.8 60. The LS6 intake will work fine for what I want. Im planning a stall, gears, maybe a cam and some tuning. Heck I should be good in the 6s in the 1/8 then. And maybe stepping the nitrous to some 150 pills. Anyways Im going to get the newer modle coolant lines.
