I'm just wondering what everybody's times are in their LS1, stock. What's the average time, and what are some of the best times run? Just curious to see how people are doing.

13.5@105.3 98 a4, bad launch 2nd run. Only made 2 runs in it, stock down to the filter.

 

My best was a 13.3 @ 106 stock. Some have been known to hit 12.9. Some can't beat 13.9. Altitude, humidity, track prep, driver and of course whether or not your engine was built on a Friday at 4:15 all play their part too.

 

i never did a baseline at the track but two and a half weeks ago i shocked and awed alot of people (mostly because they don't know anything about ls-1's) at the track by running a 13.1 at 105mph. in my sig are all the mods that i have done.

My friend guessed 13.8, he has a 2000 ss with a best time of 13.3. I raced him once and I beet him, his nose at my rear tire. He also had two girls in the car...200 lbs. I dont think that those to girls would make him run slower than a 13.8, so I told him no way. What do yall think I would run? I also have a super sucker ram air/holley filter in the mail, what about after that?

 

Well, I ran 14.1 @ 101 last year BONE STOCK, then 14.008 @ 103 with the new lid and K&N............I know, kinda $h!tty. However, the temps and humidity were bad, 'cause this year I ran 13.434 @ 106!! The ONLY difference is that I was running the Hypertech tuning, but I don't think that took ~.6 seconds off my time?! I think the conditions had more to do with it, so IMO, my car should have run ~13.5 when bone stock.

BTW: I'm probably going to go to the track either Friday night or maybe Saturday, so then I'll have some new times with the 3.73's!!! I just hope that I don't run slower because of my newly created traction problems!?
