I have written to ls1 motorsports and will paste the email here. I for one am sick and tired of sloppy, don't give a damn customer service. We all work hard for our money whether it be $10.00 or $4000.00 if we buy from your company give us the service we deserve and expect. We all know customer service is your number one asset. Looks like some people forget that. Bash me or critize me, I'm sick of sloppy customer service aren't you????
I am writing this to you with a concerns towards you customer service. I am trusting this will be passed on to higher avenues. I will pass onto you an address that will show your customer service is anything but acceptable. I personally was thinking of buying parts from you which I may add would come to considerable dollars. I have now changed my mind, your loss not mine.
I am also in business and I realize that customer service is your number 1 asset without a doubt. Maybe you guys need to look at your customer service ethics as messages like the above link will show people just will not tolerate it.
Hoping for your sake that you will take relevant action to correct this as you may be missing out on big dollars, especially on a Camaro message board.
I am not expecting a response but some sort of explanation to a board that could and probably would make you big dollars might be in your best interest.
