Hey guys. i have a 95 t/a and i am doin an ls1 swap. my car has a t-56 in it and i have had one guy tell me it work and another tellin me it wouldn't from the lt to the ls. I need to know if it will work, and if i will need to do anythingto it. I figured if anyone would know it would be on here. Please help me out! thanks

 

Better off just saving your money and buying an actual LS1 car, do you have a spare engine laying around? You'll need quite a few things, the T56 will fit but you'll need an Ls1 input shaft.

 

Yeah i have the k-member, wiring harness, dash, etc. just wondering about the transmission.

 

Just swap imput shafts and you'll be fine
