LS1 with 145k

Where can I get some of this stuff? My LS1 has 112K on it and has a slight "ping" under part-throttle accel. and going uphill with steady gas. Should this stuff help?

Most regular car parts stores carry it. I got mine at Car Quest. And yes it should help. My 03 GMC was acting just like you car and after the Seafoam treatment it was better.

At 145k, it's on borrowed time, since it's in a high performance car and has been beat-on. A rebuild is in your future, even more near if you plan on modifying the motor in any way.

How do you figure? The car in my sig just went over 192k and is woopin *** on cars with less than half my mileage.

But I only paid $4000 for it. I got it with full intentions of doing a rebuild in its very near future, but it just doesnt need it!
