I've also purchased several items from LM without any problems.

 

I've ordered from them twice. The first order took a while, but it wasn't their fault. It was an item that SLP put on backorder. The second order went through great! I received it within days of purchase. I have also contacted them with technical questions and they are very helpful. I'd recommend them.

 

I bought a few things from them. They also respond quickly to emails. I recommend.

 

DAMN YOU GUYS HAD LUCK, I ORDERED A PRO5.0 SHIFTER FROM THEM ABOUT A MONTH AGO NOW AND STILL HAVENT SEEN IT... KEEP CALLING THEM AND THE SAME DAMN LADY KEEPS ANSWERING THE PHONE AND SAYS THAT ITS JUST HIS ANSWERING SERVICE AND SHE CANT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT....WELL HOW THE F**K DO i GET MY S**T THEN? FINALLY GOT AHOLD OF SOMEONE 2 DAYS AGO AND THEY SAID THAT IT WOULD GO OUT THAT DAY AND BE AT MY PLACE YESTURDAY..PFFFF WHAT A LIE THAT WAS....

 

Even though this is an old thread, I'm sorta asking myself why I said that originally.

I ordered like 2-3 things from them last year with a separate shipping address from billing, and almost every time, they combined the street of my shipping with the city of my billing, and it ended up going to my same name street in a different town. I even called them to make sure they dont f*ck it up this time and it still got messed up.

So sure they send you your stuff quickly, not sure about the tech support lines, but for one thing they are dumb enough to combine my shipping and billing address in an odd manner.

 

I have dealt with them many times, they have a very good selection as far as the products they provide. The Sales guy, Leon, is pretty good, and is usually helpful. One order they really screwed up was my suspension, bilstein stocks & eibach springs, which at first only came with two stocks, ordered four, missing parts, looked like a returned package, not good. However, they had to resend it to bilstein a few times , finally got it corrected after a month. Ordered my borla and jet hot with them very good service on them, everything was there in a couple days. Ordered tons of smaller items there with no problems. With that meaning said, I plan on using them in future purchases, when something is wrong with the order they will fix it and usually get it right the first time.

 

only had one experience with them. tried to order a ssra from them. 3 weeks later still no ssra. many lies later i finally got pissed enough and called bs on them, and the owner gave me a hard time saying " it aint my fault, it my supplier, heres their number". told him it isnt my job to handle your supplier and ended up stopping payment to make sure he didnt see a dime for his arrogance. i will only deal with texas speed now. i never had any problems with them and they will spend the time on the phone with you if you are ordering something or not.

 

That was my fault as it took longer than I expected to have the SSRA's made. Don't blame Leon at LM Performance. You should of called me and I would've given you the low down.
