i have the crane cam programmer/tuner and i went to adjust the govenor because my car shuts down at 120 but on the programmer i had it set to unlimited , is this something that i have to have gm or some other source to turn off because my programmer/tuner does not help it but it helps all the other things ive used it for u can tell a diffrence but i cant go anyfaster than 120..... can i get to turn the govenor off

Not familiar with the Crane/Vinci handheld, but surely it'll remove the top speed limiter if the car didn't come with Z rated tires?

 

That dosen't matter, mine still cuts off at 155mph or so.
