Jeremy, of your mods listed I would go with a lid and the Jet Hots. In my opinion I wouldn't waste my money on the MSD wires, MAF, and TB.
You need to do the free ram air(FRA) mod to bring cooler air into your engine. This will allow you to get a cold air intake. I, of course recommend the Super Sucker Ram Air(SSRA). This will help quite a bit once you get some speed up. Short throw shifters are good, but you can get almost as good with the Qwik Stick for considerably less money. Here is a link for these two products.

To really notice a gain you need a cam. I choose the Comp cam 224/.581/112LSA. This is how my mods went with each addition.

Stock =299.9rwhp
SLP lid and K&N= 311rwhp
Super Sucker Ram Air=324rwhp
TPIS LT headers=339rwhp
Comp cam=394rwhp/380rwtq

Hope this helps, and remember this is just my opinion.
