Problem with my new ported throttle body

A friend of mine was selling his '99 SS and was parting it out. I gave him my stock t.b. and $20 in exchange for his LG Motorsports ported t.b. The t.b. also has a small hole drilled in it as it was installed on a car running a big G5X-2 cam and it helped the idle. The t.b. is now on my car (mods in the sig) and my idle fluctuates when stopped between 850 RPM's and 1,000 RPM's. Like it will go up and hit 1K and then drop to 850 and then immediatly go back up to 1K and repeat this. I also had an SES light and I took it to Auto Zone and it threw a "Idle to high" code. Anyway to fix this or am I stuck with it?

On a side note when the car is in gear and I am moving the car does not surge or anything, the RPM's stay steady. Its just when stopped and the car is at idle. Thanks.

press and hold the throttle all the way to the floor.. turn key on posistion.. do not start the car..

hold for 30 seconds.. turn car off.. release throttle..

then start the car and see what happens
