intake and exhaust choice

Ok, my dad is finally getting more serious about fixing a bunch of things on his C5. I think just around the corner he will consider some basic mods. Keep in mind, this is his daily driver, so anything than can't be done on 1 saturday is out of the question.

What are your suggestions for a cold air intake?

What are you suggestions for new mufflers? For mufflers, he like the sound of the Corsa (not the Corsa Indy). He likes that kind of sound. What he doesn't like: resonation on the inside, raspy, snappy, or poppy sounds, and he doesn't like the Borla.

Feel free to post up as many suggestions, just please include links and prices if possible.

Oh, if you have any other mod suggestions (that go with the guidelines at the top) I'd appreciate it.

Most 'vettes that I see have the Vararam intake box.
An LS6 intake would really help him out.

Just go with all the bolt ons. Keep **** simple, and my suggestion for exhaust is all dependin on the amount of money you want to spend. If your stickin with a budget the go with PS headers, y pipe, and SLP loudmouth exhaust. No budget go with Jet Hot or Hookers Headers, but they are quite pricey. I love the sound of SLP LM exhaust.

yeah, uh, SC is not basic. Gonna stay away from headers and such, and loudmouth is way too aggressive for him.

Yup, thats why I asked the year.

And GoFast, if he likes Corsa then get the Corsa. He won't pick up anymore power from a different catback.

You didn't say if it was A4 or M6, if it its A4 then a converter. That'll really raise the fun factor.
