Exclamation ???? on installing mac headers

i am in the process of installing mac headers on my friends 98 Ta and i am trying to get the passenger side header in but it is being a major pita!! i have removed the starter and the dust shield on that side and it still gets hung up on the body. i was wondering if there is any tricks to getting it in there. one guy said he did it from the top and just removed the valve cover anyone have any input on this and another person said from the bottom but you have to tweak the motor to the other side w/ a pry bar of somesorts. so if someone could please help me i would appreciate it.

I just finished mac headers on my 01 SS. Had the same problem. worked an hour trying to make it fit. Finally I supported the trans, loosened trans crossmember. Using a big prybar between trans and trans tunnel I shifting the engine and trans enough that the header slid right into place.
