how to remove injectors?

how to remove injectors?
what needs to be unbolted?
what holds them in?
how difficult...i want to just swap them around...try to track down a possible problem

The injectors are held on by the fuel rails. The part of the rails that holds the injector to it is bendable. Just pull the metal out enough to remove the injector. When you look at it you will understand what I mean. Then just pull the injector out of the intake manifold. Oh and unplug the connector too

You need to take the 4 Bolts that hold the rail down off.
There are retainer clips on each injector, other then that they are just pressed in. The O-rings on both sides of the injectors keep them sealed and keep them in place.

I wasn't talking about the fuel rail itself
