yea... i forgot to mention before, my front rotors are warped to hell...and i honestly dont know why...i dont drive my car unusually hard, i dont wait to the last second to slam on the brakes..idk..i've heard of some other people with this problem too. I dont really think it matters if its an LS1 or not..this applies to any new camaro. Just something to keep in mind.

You had 40,000 something miles on yours? I just recently changed my front rotors and brakes and it made a world of difference. I wasn't overly hard on my brakes either but obviously it was time for a change.

26700 on mine and I am as happy as the day I bought it. Autocross, dragrace, and the commute all in one. She does get retired for the winter tho... no way to make it up the hills around here with that car in the snow.
To date, my Pinion seal leaked a tad, then dried up (went from Syn to SemiSyn)
and at 3k, they rebuilt the tranny due to a miscut 3rd gear from the factory.
The clutch doesnt feel new anymore (not like it is going tho), and the rotors need to be turned but other than that, I have had no problems with the car. Great performance and relaible too... couldnt ask for more. If I wasnt happy, Gm would have gotten the car back in august when the lease was up. I wasnt so sure I was going to keep her until I shopped around and looked at the alternatives.

And I thought the odometer on my 01 rose up to fast to 33k!
I have 63K on mine. I changed the clutch at 55K and just had the pinion seal leak fixed. This is the best car I've ever owned. My husband has an 03 Ram 1500 that's been in the shop more than my car.
