hey guys thanks for all the replys again! i was just wanting to know about other peoples cars around that amount of miles on it, because on my lt1, i had several things go out on it all at once at about 50,000 m., including; water pump, opti, fuel pump, fuel pressure regulator, and a/c. and i was hoping that this doesnt happen with my next car which will definetly be an ls1 6 sp.

My '01 only has 33K miles, but has completely worn out 32 R compound (autocross/road race) tires. It has been raced a lot, and to date the only thing that has broken has been the spring that holds tension on the clutch pedal.

98 Camaro with 15,300 miles.

Never raced, driven by a little old lady. Well, not raced more than approximtely 1000 passes anyway.

mine is a 99 z28 with 42,000 miles. I bought it almost two years ago with only 14,000 miles on it. Only problem i had was the syncro's in the transmission screwed up and my extended warranty would not pay for it, so i had to. But other that that i haven't had any problems.

You lucky bastards I got a turd ls1. 15k miles and it pings, get tons of knock retard. Performance has gone in the toilet. I just replaced the front brake rotors for the second time. The rear makes about 3 different whines, clunks. The roof has to be replaced because it's bubbling. The clutch has gotten stuck twice and one time went up in smoke. I'm gonna replace the plugs and fuel filter and get it ATAP by a friend.

98 Z with 97000 miles. Only issue is a little squeak in the pass. seat and it seems to go thru tires real fast.

Oh yeah, broke a pinion gear once but that wasnt her fault.

He just bought it with almost that many miles on it. I think it's working pretty well for having that many miles.

yea... i forgot to mention before, my front rotors are warped to hell...and i honestly dont know why...i dont drive my car unusually hard, i dont wait to the last second to slam on the brakes..idk..i've heard of some other people with this problem too. I dont really think it matters if its an LS1 or not..this applies to any new camaro. Just something to keep in mind.
