How hard to swap out alternator?

How hard is it to swap an alternator on the LS1?

I plan on installing a 200 amp.

would installing a bigger alternator rob power???

Removing the alternator is a piece of cake.

1) Remove serpentine belt.
2) There are three bolts in the front of the alternator, and one in the back. Disconnect these.
3) There are two wire connections, disconnect these
4) The alternator should fall out.
5) Installation is the reverse of removal.
