Hesitation??

Well I just installed LT's and changed plugs and wires, now when I hit the gas no matter if its easy or if Im stomping it there is a slight hesitation, now I dont know if it was doing it before header install or not since this has been pretty much the first nice weather since winter. Now I was thinking it might be a couple of things and I need everyones experiance to tell me if either is right. First I was thinking it might be a spark plug wire not on, but it idles just fine, I dont know how bad it would runif only one wire wasnt on. Second I was thinking it might be the fuel filter, it has 30,000 on it and I put 15,000 on it myself and never changed the filter, and I do drive it occasionally until the fuel light comes on which I know is bad but with gas the way it is I try to wait til it goes down a bit but I do always put in 93 oct. and never anything less. So hopefully some one else has had this prob and can help

One more thing, I hear people on here saying that after long tube install the car runs funny until the computer reprograms itself, well mine never ran funny, but I never disconnected the battery or reset the computer thruout the install, should I.

you mean a slight hesitation when you mash it and the car kicks down a gear? i think we all have this prob. kinda annoying. im not sure if programming would be a fix or not but i bet it would.

No my car is a manual, its when you hit the gas and the car pauses for a second. And I climbed on top the engine and was able to reach that last spark plug wire and make sure it was in, so thats not the problem.

check your wires! for some reason, these cars run fine on 7 cylinders but they kinda studder when u give it some gas at a low RPM. keep us updated
